Welcome to MyFutures ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MyFutures platform, including our website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

• "User" means any individual who accesses or uses the Service.
• "Content" means text, data, responses, and any other material submitted through the Service.
• "Exploration" means a conversational assessment or exercise available on the platform.
• "Companion" means the AI-powered conversational assistant within the Service.

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account and use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Use automated means to access the Service without our prior consent.

You retain all rights to the content you submit through the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to process and store it solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

We do not claim ownership over your personal reflections, responses, or any other content you create.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to facilitate self-reflection and personal growth explorations. The insights, scores, and feedback provided by the Companion are for informational and educational purposes only.

MyFutures is not a substitute for professional medical advice, therapy, counselling, or psychiatric treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified healthcare professional or your local emergency services immediately.

The Service, including its design, code, text, graphics, and other content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by or licensed to MyFutures and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MyFutures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable member state in which MyFutures is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
